Food Quality Standards

BRC is one of today's most advanced food safety certificates, certifying that international standards are followed at every stage of production and that processes are carried out in accordance with the relevant standards until the loading time. 

Regarding the certification of organic products, the organic products of our enterprises, from farm to farm, from farm to table, produced with the principles of Organic Agriculture, have been certified within the scope of the "National Organic Program".

Our Kosher certificate, which shows that a product is not subject to any restrictions within the framework of Jewish beliefs, which means "Suitable and Full", is registered as suitable for consumption, has been issued by the international Star-K institution.

It is a document that shows that products are accepted as "halal" in Islamic Culture, that there is no process that will impose any restrictions on the product at every stage of production, and that it is suitable for consumption.
